Evidently it is illegal to have a car GPS device in the Village of Hamburg, NY So, my friends Wife was driving the other day when she was pulled over by a cop. He accused her of texting while driving, to which she denied and the cop admitted that he was wrong. He then proceeded to write her a ticket for having a GPS devise in her car. Has anyone else heard of this? Clarification: She was not inputting data into this GPS device at the time.
