Ordered Nooelec Sawbird Low Noise Filter online from zdluxco.com on 10/16/2025 for $40.01. An email was received on this same date from zdluxco stating final delivery would be via the Post Office to my home address. Up to date shipping progress was received by Track718 Global Logistics Tracking provided by zdluxco. On 11/12/2025, Track718 reports product was delivered to my home address. The product was not delivered. Researched zdluxco shipment via USPS Informed Delivery Service which clearly states no package from zdluxco was received by USPS or delivered to my address. Emailed zdluxco Customer Service on 11/15/2025 requesting a USPS Tracking Number or Proof of Delivery. Received email from zdluxco Customer Service on 11/16/2025 stating product was delivered and may have been signed for by a neighbor. This is false. Researched Track718 Global Logistics online on 11/17/2025 and it is reported as a fraudulent website designed to deceive online shoppers to believe purchased products were shipped, but, realistically they never arrive.
