I ordered a Bellatori leather crossbody bag. There were no tags in the bag saying it was genuine leather, or the Bellatori name anywhere on it.. I wrote them an email telling them. I was very disappointed in the purse. With no tags saying it was Bellatori leather,, no genuine leather tag on it and it didn’t even smell like leather. It definitely was plastic. They told me I would have to pay return postage to China and also pay custom fees which would cost up to 60% of the item. I asked them why it came from China if the purse was made in Italy and they told me that was their warehouse. I believe I was scammed and I just wanted to report this so nobody else falls for this. I made no attempt to return the purse that would just be more money I would be wasting. I hope something can be done about this to catch these people and put an end to this. The email address is.
