I ordered a sweatshirt on Dec 13 as a Christmas present from zipyhoodie.com. I paid shipping and it was not until after I ordered, that I got an email stating what the delivery timeframe would be. I kept checking their tracking through "17 Track" which then showed a delivery to the mailbox on January 13. Unfortunately, I never received the product as it was stated on the tracking system. I reached out and was advised that I needed to inquire with my local post office. When I pulled the tracking # up on the USPS site, it shows "Tracking Not Available". When I reached back out to Zipy Hoodie to let them know that tracking # was not valid, they sent me another email saying the item was delivered and I need to inquire with the local post office. I can't inquire with the post office on a tracking # that is not valid. I have requested a refund a few times now due to not receiving the product. Received confirmation of order & shipping notification on 12/7/25 & 12/9/25, indicating a 12/26/25 delivery. Email sent to zipy hoodie ( [email protected] ) on 12/31/25, inquiring about purchase status. Between 12/31/25 & 2/19/26, have exchanged 13 emails inquiring about my order & requesting a refund.
