Resolve 1st Financial calls repeatably from different phone numbers claiming to be a debt collection agency trying to collect a fictious debt. They pray on the elderly. This has been going on for over a year. Attached are the phone numbers they have used just since Monday of this week. Received calls from dozen of different phone numbers almost daily sometimes multiple times a day. They claim to be a debt collection agency. I owe no debts and this is defiantly a scam targeting the elderly [BBB Scam Type: Other] [Business: Resolve 1st Financial] [Location: TN, USA - 37643]

This company calls me at least twice a week from multiple numbers. They change because every time I get a new message I block it and mark as spam. I have received numerous phone calls and voice messages from Resolve 1st Financial. The calls come from a variety of different phone numbers. Each call says that I must contact them immediately about a financial matter. The latest calls say that I must call before they file papers that will upset my life. Then they go back to the I must call ASAP. Later in the day the message says they will file papers against me. I get 4-5 phone calls a day. I have not called back and do not intend to call ever. Phone call received in 01/2026 and again in 04/2026 with voicemail left by robo voice stating "Please call Resolve 1st Financial about your account in our office by calling the number shown on you caller ID now.
