Resolve 1st Financial keeps sending me texts about paying on a collections account but doesn't respond when I reply asking questions about what the account is related to. They call from numbers that aren't the number on Resolve First Financials website and don't say wha the collections account is. Just that I need to make a payment and will loose any money I have paid towards the acount if I don't respond. I don't know what account or $$$ they are referring to. They also don't send me any information on what my account number is to resolve the situation through their website. Received a voice mail stating the following. I do not have any collection accounts. “This is a very important and time sensitive call from Resolve First Financial about your account within our office. Your account currently shows us past due on our records. To rectify this matter and avoid any further action on the account, please call the number shown on your caller ID to be connected to the live representative who is handling this matter for you. Again, this call is urgent and requires your immediate attention. Handling this quickly will avoid any late fees or other actions being taken on the account. I have received multiple calls from multiple phone numbers claiming to be this company with voicemails "this is a very important and time sensitive call from Resolve 1st Financial. Constant phone call from Resolve 1st Financial (754) 667-4771 up to three times per day during business hours. Stated owed 2014 cash advance loan in amount accrued of $2,500 from Loan Point USA. They stated it was a felony and will file suit. When asked for debt letter person stated all information given and doesn’t know what other information I would need.
