Received a letter with no return address and a pink PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE paper inside with a $9,100 check from Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation ATTN: Accounts Payable 1720 W Rio Salado PKWY Suite 101 Tempe, AZ 85281, just waiting to be cashed. I called the number (1-263-366-8414) to try to get the amount they wanted me to pay. I asked for "Richie Morgan" (Chief Financial Officer), and what do you know, I was talking to him! What an accent he had! I was then promptly put on hold for awhile and hung up, and come on here. I was unable to get any real information, but we did call the branch and in fact it is a scam and they have had other people reaching out to them. They sent me a letter by publishers clearing house. They said I won 2.5 million and I needed to call the number before I cash a check of $9,600.00 for lawyer and insurance fees. Using Google to search for the business name, it was apparent that this was a scam.
