"College Loan Help" +1 (412-212-9026) This woman called me for a student load debt help if I had a loan over $10,000. I reeled them in and cursed the lady out and made it seem really award. Give them a call and annoy their scummy asses.

College loan fraud Hello everyone. I am turning to the reddit society with a worrying question. Me and my wife were very unpleasantly surprised to find out that her dad is losing his house and car because he stopped making payments on it. He lost his job in September and shortly after that he stopped paying his bills. My in-laws divorced about a year and a half ago. She moved away and he lived by himself. In 2007 my wife became aware that in December of 2005 a student loan was taken out on her name. The amount was $21,000. When she questioned her parents about this it appeared that they had taken a loan to help them keep their house. My wife went to school for two years only and had to quit because of a health issue. I believe they only paid for one semester of her college which totaled about $2,000. I can provide more accurate numbers if needed. We just filed our taxes for 2011 and one question regarding student loan triggered my curiosity. I went on the American educational services website, registered my wife and found out that the loan is now $26,000 with no current payment due. I could not explain why wouldn't there be a balance due since October until i started to suspect that he might have stopped paying the loan. My brother in law visited him today, just to find out that he is about to lose his house, car and everything he owns. This now explains why no payments are due - American educational services could have sold the loan to a collection agency which would not have any address of my wife (unless they run a credit check on her?) - the bills were going to her dad in KY and we are living in VA. I am about to run a credit check and call American educational services to find out what the situation is now. I would like to know if anyone here have had a similar problem or if they have an idea of what i need to do now.
