I received urgent 'FINAL NOTICE' letters from scammers claiming to be from Mortgage Research Center LLC DBA Veteran, telling me to call 800-209-5527 immediately. They threatened to revoke some vague '$199 Allocated Waiver' unless I responded by their artificial deadline. When I called, representatives used high-pressure tactics claiming I needed to 'make a deal or coverage would be cancelled' even though I already had existing mortgage coverage.

I received a postcard addressed to my name stating, 'This notice is regarding your current mortgage with Mortgage Research Center Llc. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 833-382-6707 as soon as possible.' This company has been harrassing me via postal mail. Leaving mail with deadlines and when my husband called they were pushing him to make a deal or his coverage would be cancelled. We already have a different warranty company. This was also explained to them. We get a letter at least once a day.
