I received a parking citation from PRRS Parking and submitted a formal dispute with clear, documented grounds: I am a Type 1 diabetic and was experiencing a low blood sugar emergency upon arrival, which required me to park immediately. Additionally, the LA Fitness staff on site verbally confirmed that parking in the cited lot was permitted for patrons, and there was no signage indicating any parking restrictions or payment requirements in the shared retail lot. Despite submitting a thorough dispute, PRRS Parking did not actually review or honor my dispute. Instead of dismissing the citation or providing a substantive response to my stated grounds, they simply offered a $20 reduction on the ticket — with no explanation, no acknowledgment of my medical emergency, and no engagement with the evidence I provided. This is not a dispute process. Offering a token discount while ignoring the substance of a legitimate dispute is misleading to consumers and suggests that their so-called dispute process exists in name only. I would caution anyone who receives a citation from PRRS Parking to be aware that their dispute system does not appear to operate in good faith. I received a letter in the mail stating that I had a "notice of non compliance" for an address that doesn't even exist. The address that it states that I entered and exited from is 720 Garland Road, Dallas, Tx. The noncompliance is listed as "REGISTERED LATE; AFTER GRACE PERIOD". I don't know what that means and there was no business there, but they have a picture of my car and license plate. Reference: Use of a parking lot at Houston and Soledad streets. I paid at a kiosk on premises, later received a notice of non-payment, sent proof of payment, received letter claiming to have paid at wrong parking lot, offered reduced fee if paid within 10 days. Had same experience in same parking lot 3 months earlier; fee was waived after protest. Received letter in mail "NOTICE OF NON-COMPLIANCE" with grainy video photos of car timestamped for "Entry" and "Exit" - No Permit/No Facility Registration/Unauthorized Parking. Requesting payment of $97 fee. The Location is a NON-EXISTENT address (720 Garland Road, Dallas, TX). There is no such address!! Letter included QR code and website/address to send payment. There is no parking lot at that address nor did anyone driving this vehicle park unauthorized on the date of this incident. For years, my husband has been using the parking lot at 603 W. Monroe in Chicago. I received a "notice of non-compliance" for unauthorized parking and a balance due of $100.00. Date issued: 3/2/3036. Date of notice: 3/5/2026. They sent a picture of a car (I could not read the license plate even with a magnifying glass). Our license plate has 4 letters, but on the receipt, the company added three more letters: FA3 to the original 4 letters. My husband still had the receipt for the day he parked (3/2/2026). So, I am sending the company a letter including our receipt as proof that we do not owe the company money. In the letter, I told the company I intended to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
