I was called regarding a mortgage payment, the caller presented himself as a representative for the mortgage company. He stated that the website was down an not accepting payments. I was to send in a paper check to the attention of Arthur Harbor and it would be credited to my account. I was notified by my mortgage company that they had not received my payment. When I checked my bank the check had been cashed. Once speaking with my bank they never received my check, I got a copy of the check and it had been cashed at a bank in loganville, ga. I have all the info regarding bank deposit. Please help me get my money back. I am a 70 year old senior that got scammed out of my money. Please help!
