All I want to do is pay off my debt but it seems that the debt collectors have another plan in the works. Any advice would be appreciated as I am scared and confused. Like many Americans I made poor financial decisions in my early 20s by using credit cards to purchase the things I thought I should be able to afford and truly couldn't. I was informed that my "file" had been transferred to a debt collector called Valentine and Kebartas and that my payments were being forwarded to Valentine and Kebartas . They mentioned that the payments being forwarded were the amount minus a processing fee that Dell Financial Services impo
