Shepherd Outsourcing, LLC

I am trying to clean up my credit. I got an offer that reduced my past credit card debt, so I jumped on the opportunity of the offer presented to me. They offered me a few option. I took the option to pay $98.60 which started on Oct,2025 and my last payment to pay off this debt would of been March 6, 2026. Up to date I have paid $788.00 towards my $1922.77 debt. As, I am coming to the last three payments. I missed one. Only 4 days late. As I tried to pay off the payment I missed and the current payment they would not allow me to pay and on top of that they want to make me a new offer to pay more than what I have already paid. Spoke with a rep. whom was clearly out of his unprofessional league. SHE;HE WAS RUDE and not trying to help me resolve this situation. Very unprofessional; unaccommodating, and clearly unclear of his job role. I have received multiple text messages from number 91651 that tell me to pay the outstanding balance on an Aspire credit card from the Bank of Missouri. It includes the alleged balance amount and payment options.
