I've been getting texts almost daily since November 3, 2025: What follows is the content of the first text message I received. I have been getting follow-up text messages nearly daily from CreditNinja: "If your CreditNinja (Installment Loan - for which the current creditor is Plaza Services, LLC) account is returned to our client we may not be able to renew these offers. Reply stop to opt-out" (collections business representing Plaza Services, LLC.) The text message is from Shepherd Outsourcing, a debt collector. I received a text message early in the morning from 91651 stating "This text is from Shepherd Outsourcing, a debt collector regarding your JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS LLC account. Visit https://portal.shepherdoutsourcing.com/s/gEuj0. Reply stop to opt-out or call 888-991-5696. # of messages varies. Message & data rates may apply. This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. . SO Ref# 1007075417 Reply STOP to opt out." I do not have any debts or such accounts and, upon looking it up, found that A LOT of people were receiving the same or similar messages from the same number and that different debt collectors names were being used.
