Please investigate, so tired of scammers they asked for my venmo account info to pay me. I received a package from this company in January 2026 but didn’t open it as I didn’t recognize the sender or order the item (a small portable space heater) that was labeled on the package. I did not open an account with this company and did not attempt to the contact them immediately. A charge of $86.59 appeared on my bank statement later. During January- March I had three immediate family members hospitalized with serious illnesses and only later noticed three additional charges of $29.99 each for January- March. At this point I saw another report to BBB about this same company in the same time frame for the same product. I contacted the company and explained that I never opened an account and wanted to be refunded the total amount charged, and would send back the heater. Customer service would not refund the money and insisted I or another household member must have ordered the item and established the account. Under no circumstances did that happen. When they refused to refund my money I asked to speak to a supervisor-and was told there wasn’t one. I pressed on insisting on a reversal of charges, but was told they would only reverse the three monthly payments of $29.99 but not for the heater. I informed the customer service agent that I would report the incident to BBB so the company could use my recorded call for investigative purposes. I applied to see how much I qualified for, did NOT accept the loan, but they sent me the loan, I called, they returned the loan, they still changed me for the loan payment, when I did NOT authorize anything, I didn't even give them the bank information to receive or take money for this account, so I don't know how they got it. But I didn't authorize or sign anything! but they did it anyway... I tried reaching out by email multiple times and address not found... I tried to make the purchase of heated socks & my CC company denied the transaction. My CC company texted "did you make this purchase? " i respond "yes" but did not try to re-purschase the socks. 2 days later i see that the transaction went through. I called uplift deals right away & told them i didn't complete the purchase. They offered me a 40% discount to continue with their product. I said sure. 16 days later (still no product) i called again & they said the product was "in transit" & at my local post office. I asked for a tracking number & was given 2 bogus tracking numbers & then disconnected from their end. I called right back & spoke with the same woman. I asked if she could give me a full refund & if not then my CC company would be dealing with it. She said that she would issue the full refund. I haven't seen it yet. I am working with a legitimate mortgage company, but this company apparently got my info as well and keeps calling saying I am approved for a loan I didn't apply for. I called to decline and be taken off the list and have my file and any PII of mine or file destroyed. They just hung up on me and I continue to get calls. They don't send emails and when I did call to decline, as instructed and asked to have information destroyed they don't respond and eventually hung up on me.
