The caller was Danny Burk with Spectrum and was offering a promotion of $10.00 of my current bill of $39.97. He had me go to the spectrum app and order a Pro 17 phone and said I may or may not get it but if I do to send it back and he would email a return label. I ask why and he said this starts the promotion for $10 off. I received the phone he sent a label for UPS, I took it back 1-12 to UPs and I received a call once I got home to go back to UPS and get the phone the label was incorrect and they wanted me to take it to Fed Ex and call Mark Henderson 214-247-6784 when I arrived so they could email them a new Label. I told Fed Ex I think I am getting scammed so I called Spectrum and went over and talked to them they said it was a scam and to take the Box w/phone back to Fed Ex and have them return to Sender. Once they receive it all charges will be dismissed.
