The company came out quickly to my house for an evaluation and estimate on a wine cooler. They charges $79.95 for the estimate, which would go towards the repair costs. They stated that a new wine cooler motor was needed that they’ll order. I called 703-349-6393 and 301-761-1703 multiple times and spoke with a gentleman a few times before the motor arrived. On two separate occasions they never showed up for the scheduled appointment to change the wine cooler motor. The gentleman was very rude over the phone every time I talked to him.
