The scammers initially called my spouse and two of our three adult children. Those calls asked for a return call. Prior to that, I receive both text and phone messages which I have not returned. 866-201-1357, is the return call number. They keep threatening to deliver process papers, threaten actions from other clients, try to scare my spouse and me, and our children who just delete the calls. They are escalating the threats. My spouse has recently received a call from. I received a phone call on my cell phone that came up as a private number 304-443-4077. I did not answer. A voice mail message was left. The message is an automated male voice, not a real person. The message was "We're reaching out to (first name) (maiden last name). This is a final attempt to assist you with resolving your matter in our office before we approve the status of filing the claim against you out of (county I live in). To avoid the order against your assets, please contact our office immediately at 304-443-4077. That number again is 304-443-4077." I have not used my maiden last name in the county I currently live in, so I new this was a scam.
