I have copied and pasted because there are multiple reports of this guy with the EXACT same wording like a recording. I received this voicemail from 13308783030 on March 20, 2026. Um, the paperwork actually says that I need either you or a responsible adult from your residence to give me a call back. So when I called I was told he was busy on another call and the person I spoke to was very rude and had a very heavy accent and I kept asking him to repeat his self he then went on to being very rude and told me that there was a legal matter about an out standing loan I supposedly had started making payments and stopped and now he was getting ready to sign off for a garnishment and collections of payment if I didn't settle the matter I kept asking him if I could talk to someone else cause I couldn't understand him I then told him I looked up the number that called me on the BB and saw that someone had reported the same thing and when I said that that's when the threats came and he got very aggressive and rude then hung up in then called the number back from a different phone that wasn't attached to me and when I asked for the same person Mark I was told I had the wrong number [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: Ryan Weber / Process Server Date Rep] [L

I did not return his call. I immediately looked up the number because T-Mobile usually blocks scam callers.
