COMPLAINT:CHECKING ACCOUNT This letter is to formally report a wire tranfer scam/hack I experieneced and is requesting your assistance in addressing the situation. WHAT HAPPENED: The scam/hack occur on 1/6/2025. Wire transfer was conduct on 1/6/2025 by me. I went to a TD Bank the next day 1/7/2025 to stop the transaction. Unfortunely the transaction could not be stopped. I could not log in my laptop, I call the microsoft number that pop on my screen. These was the name give to me. 1st alias name given was Spencer Riley Microsoft rep. he was checking my IP addrees 2nd alias name given was Samuels Pain he stated was from TD Bank fraud deptment. Telephone number was given to me 347-468-3028 Microsoft US tech code given 528011 and 14550-489-7736 Microsoft scam person stated my IP adreess was being compromise with transaction from Japan, Russia and China trying to purchase items. I was given a case number from Microsoft ANISCO01. I was inform that a person from the TD bank fraud department will be calling TD fraud scam person call to state that my checking acount have trasaction that are being use for {2} payment. The payments of 8,750 is for Germany and 8,250 from China. He also, was looking at information transaction on my account.' TD bank scam person stated he could tranfer my fund to a alias account for 3 days until a investigation is completed. An account number and routing number was given to me to have the fund transfer and placed on hold. I was inform once the investigation is completed the fund will go back to account within 3 days. FAIR SOLUTION TO ISSUE: I was a TD bank customer for 10 year since {2015}. I know TD bank has policy on wire transfer not being reversible. All of my saving is depleted. I report the scam fraud to police department, FCT and IC3. I have a FCT confirm refer. #182558240 TD bank denied by claim. I have copies of doucmentations and screen shot.
