Hello, Please note, I visited the company web site https://donchrono.com/ and shopped for a gold chain. Before placing the order for a gold chain 10K Gold- Hollow Puff Mariner Chain in 14.5 MM and 18" long, I realized the price listed was too good to be true so I reached out via WhatsApp to the number listed on their website 347.674.2730. I messaged 'i'm ready to make a purchase but i feel the price is too good to be true' they asked 'for what' so I specifically sent them a screen shot and after stating I wanted to purchase for christmas, I asked if it is safe to make the purchase. They replied, 'Yes, we are a reputable company with thousands of reviews' so then after this confirmation I placed the order 11/25/25. Two hours later they canceled my order. I reached back and asked why my order was cancelled and they responded 'not sure try again' so i placed the order again. After the order was placed the following day, it was cancelled again! I reached out to them and no response. Their phone number has not changed, I called but fear my number has been blocked. The funds returned to my account, but the issue is they are scamming and placing incorrect pricing on items luring and after the order is placed, then cancelling orders. Today 4/3/2026 I checked with them and no replies, visited their website and realized the item is still available for purchase only now the price is $368.
