I filed a claim on Monday February 16 (call lasting 11 minutes) and was told that someone would call back or text me. My contract number is AU97293, and my phone number is ------------ When I heard from no one, I checked back on Wednesday February 18 on the phone (call lasting 2 minutes) and heard that the claim was filed and I would hear back. When that didn’t happen, I called back on Thursday February19 (call lasting 11 minutes) and was told again that I would hear back via text. When that didn’t happen, I called back on Friday February 20 (call lasting 13 minutes). I still didn’t hear back, so I called again Tuesday February 24 (call lasting 9 minutes) during which the woman whom I talked to, Brenda, gave me the number for the Service Center (800) 431-5843. I called numerous times, but there was no answer on the other end. So, I went to the Epic Protect website and clicked on the contact us. I filled in my return items: name, address, phone, location zip code. I checked carefully that it was done correctly. I tried to send a message four or five times, but every time I got an error while sending message. Then I tried calling your inquiry number (484) 548-1301 only to hear two or three busy signals and I was then cut off. This happened on multiple occasions. I am beyond frustrated. It’s beginning to seem like no one will get back to me. What I want now is to cancel my policies on multiple appliances and get a prorated refund on all the appliances with which I have an extended warranty policy.
