I filed a trademark application for my new company and a week or two later I was notified someone also filed. I had an issue I worked out with the trademark office, I believe the scammer filed this false application. He sent an email that looked to be from the USPTO office with a phone number. 571-506-1566. When you call, it sounds like you are calling the trademark office. They also sent me a bill in the mail that is fake, that's how I have an address [BBB Scam Type: Government Agency Imposter] [Business: Unknown] [Location: WI, USA - 53045]
