The call came through on 4/23/2026 at 1:33 pm EST. They left a recorded voicemail: "Hello, this is NAME in the legal department. You're receiving this message because you're being listed as an emergency contact for (gave my family members' first and last name - the voice that said the name sounded computer-generated). If you have any information that can lead to their whereabouts, please pass this message to them as soon as possible, or have an immediate member of the family reach out to my office. Now, the purpose of this message is not intended to scare anyone, but I can say that the matter is urgent and very private. If you have any contact with (gave family members' first name - the voice was computer-generated), press 1, and ask to speak directly to me, NAME or someone in my office. I called the number that called me (585-676-8711). A woman answered, "How may I help you?" I said, "I'm calling for NAME". She put me on hold. When she came back, she said, "Is this in reference to (gave my family members' first and last name). I said, "Yes. What is the name of you law firm?" She replied, "Garden State Management. Are you in contact with (family members name?" I said, "Yes.". She said, "please have them contact us regarding an upcoming court date.". I confirmed their number and hung up.
