Voicemail: started off saying Dennis Decarlo - not sure if that was their name or if this was a wrong number, as this is not my name. Stated there was a noncompliance notice being filed against me under file #*******. If I haven't received a copy yet, I can contact the litigation office for a copy at 844-786-0098. When i searched the number in White Pages it comes up present in a lake outside of Dearing Kansas.
