Received voicemail stating court documents and legal/litigation. Gave last 4 of my social security and my name. I called back adn the person said they are Mr. Ford representing litigation dept for Eckford, this was in regards to a Victoria Secret/Commenity bank account. Said I was being sued for this card from 2017. They verified my previous address and last 4 of social security. I did not give out any bank or credit card info and advised I have not received any mail on this nor was/is it listed on credit reports. Told this would not be listed on report due to being in litigation dept and that I could make arrangement. That a supervisor would call me back to make an affordable payment arrangement (I gave no credit card or bank info of any kind).
