I work at the front desk of a real estate company in Fort Smith, AR. For over a week, we've been receiving calls from the same number 732-633-2020 and connecting with a chat bot named "Sam", alternating between a female and male voice. It is offering real estate leads free for 14 days before the paid service begins. It refuses to transfer to a real person, and actually insists it IS a real person. I've asked repeatedly for our number to be taken off the list. It asks me what number, then confirms it will be taken off the list, but calls again day after day. Today, I asked if it was familiar with the Telephone Communications Protection Act, and it explained to me in great detail what the TCPA is, but still I receive the calls. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they could not transfer me, so I asked for their legal department and was directed to email them. Initially last week when I asked for an email to contact a real person, it gave me the wrong email. It repeatedly gave me nonexistent email addresses. It finally gave me the email [email protected] and the website www.talkwithleads.com, so emailed their company and once again requested that they remove my number from their list and they have now repeatedly violated the TCPA by continuing to call me. Their website states no home location or any email addresses, it only has a few international toll free numbers to call and a chat bot to message.
