Online asked for help with pet problem. They offer one time consult $5.00 with option to sign up for monthly subscription. I declined subscription because they didn’t help at all. All done with chat(AI). They took $5. Then Oct Nov and Dec $55.00 was taker per month. Bank gave me phone number 800-240-1371. Only automated voice. Agreed to cancel and possibly refund last month $55 subscription but nothing else. This morning I looked at reviews online and saw several complaints same as mine. When u try to cancel online it asks for your account login but I never set up an account so couldn’t cancel that way. Had to get number from my bank .
