AT&T refuses to apply credits and is trying to send a collections Location: New Mexico I am currently fighting AT&T over our final bill. In April 2026 they sent us an email saying that they were going to be increasing our prices. This is the options that they provided to us if we did not want to participate in the price hike. **We will apply this price increase to each phone line on your Impacted Plan(s) beginning with bills issued on or after April 25, 2026.** **Please note that if your phone line was activated after October 24, 2025, you will not be affected by the price change until you have completed 6 months of service. Until that time, we will apply both the price increase and an offsetting $5 per month credit to the line.** **You have several choices:** **• keep enjoying your Impacted Plan(s) at the new rates;** **• move each impacted phone line to a newer rate plan, including our current Unlimited Your Way®** **for business-eligible AT&T Business** **Unlimited phone plans, which have new and updated features. Details about these plans can be found at att.com/bizUYW3. We understand you may want to cancel your service on an Impacted Plan, and we can assist you with that. Please call us at 1-800-331-0500 to discuss your cancellation** **options in more detail.** **o If you choose to cancel an impacted line for a phone with a service commitment, we will waive the Cancellation Fee that would otherwise apply as long as you cancel service by July 27, 2026.** **o If you choose to cancel an impacted line for a phone that has an installment agreement with a remaining balance and don’t want to pay it off to keep your phone, we will waive the remaining installment balance as long as you cancel service and return the phone by July 27, 2026
