Our business received an unsolicited invoice via fax from a company identifying itself as "Med Pulse" on April 1, 2026. The invoice lists a charge of $358.80 for a secure fax routing service--Annual Plan and an additional delivery confirmation add-on. We have never conducted business with this company, nor have any kind of agreement of contract with them and did not authorize any service! They provide a number at the bottom of the invoice 1-800-464-8315. I have called this number several times as the only option it gives you is to leave a message. No one calls you back. The invoice includes account and payment details, which could mislead recipients into believing it is in fact a legitimate charge. Due to the nature of this unsolicited billing attempt, we are highly concerned this may be part of a broader scam targeting businesses. We are requesting that this matter be investigated and that the appropriate action be taken to prevent similar fraudulent or misleading invoices from being sent to other businesses.
