Today is January 10,2026 I call 800-837-4966 At 3:25p.m I call again at 3:21p.m I call 888-719-8010 At 3:28p.m It was 23 minutes and 12 second conversation The person I spoke to Andrew Phillips He work at the Billing Department He told me I need to pay $300 for my Internet To Be Turn Back On. I bill is due on the 18 of each month My Internet Service was shout down since Thursday at 8a.m. He told me my service will not turn back on until I pay $300 even so I do not owed them $300. Before he hang up the phone on me Andrew Phillips told me Inappropriate language I want him to be FIRED I would like my Internet Service to be turn back on.
