Received an e-mail from Payapl with the subject line "Your account processed a payout with a small deposit confirmation, and a $980 activation fee will be charged. If this is unauthorized, contact us at +1 (800) 909-8635.". The body of an e-mail shows that I received $0.02 from michael sullivan. When I used the Paypal app on my phone to check on my account is does show the 2 cents going into the account. Looks like someone is phishing by sending a couple of cents through paypal but changing the subject line of the e-mail to get you to call and give information. I did not try calling the number. Received an email with the subject: Your account processed a payout with a small deposit confirmation, and a $980 activation fee will be charged. If this is unauthorized, contact us at +1 (800) 909-8635. We actually had $.02 deposited into our account from 2021 DENNIS ST, LLC. The rest of the email looked like a legitimate email I usually receive from PayPal when we receive payments but I Googled the number and saw it wasn't from PayPal.
