I was referred to this company from another insurance company , looking for health care insurance , I called them , I was told that there was a application process to see weather we would be accepted , the cost was $149.00 application fee , and after process we would be contacted and appointment would be set up , and go over and we would decide at that time , well couple weeks went by and we received a box containing cards and info , no one called us told us anything , then our credit card was charged $789.36 , I called Gavin Felder ,the agent told him this was not done the way I was told , I felt this was fraud and very misleading , he told me I would be refunded and canceled , I did not receive refund they actual charged another payment to credit card , i have reached out to my credit card , told them the whole incident , seems no one can do anything , this company lies about the process and take your money !!!
