My first time ever in a Buckees, I purchased a scarf I absolutely love. I wanted another so, using the tag attached to the scarf that said "Simply Southern", I looked on line and found the exact same scarf and found myself at the Monogram Market website. I placed the order, received my confirmation separately in an email, and waited. When several weeks passed, I reached out to them via the email they posted on their website ( [email protected] ). No response. After a few days, I texted the number listed on the website (804-543-3155). No response. I then called the same number and received a, "this number is not in service".
