I received a voice mail at 7:30am with a woman claiming to be from courier one services stating she has "legal" documents for me to sign. She mentioned the company was "Josephine Williams Firm." The original number the first time i blocked this scam was 774-828-368-6237 (definitely not a US number). I googled the 888-561-3891 and a lot if searches said this was a scam.
