Item ordered january 2026 online, order #54662M105110; received parcel status update January 28,2026;tracking #12680698503133289377; listed intransit; detail status: the shipment is declared at the customs clearance of US; Item received at USPostal Office, Jefferson, Texas; Packaging of item torn open on one side completely exposing items; USPO said to refuse item and return to sender; this was done with USPO tracking #1234690403784087853813; notified vendor with several emails and one phone call; each time refused refund because they dont have item returned to them; refused to contact shipper and told me to do so but I do not know their shipper; latest email Feb 5, 2026 gave different tracking number as JSEAT253911407OYQ; USPO cannot confirm tracking number; NEED REFUND; THIS IS LIKELY A CHINA MADE PRODUCT CONNECTED TO LOCAL NEW ORLEANS SHOP.
