I recieved a voicemail: "this is a courtesy call from United Helathcare. We have an important message." I called 844-316-8434. The person who answered (female) said she coudl heop me with my prescripetion. Since I have a prescription pending that rrequires UHC approval, i gave the caller my DOB. The caller spoke very poor english, but she knew my prescription and pharmacy. She put me on hold while she called the pharmacy, then told my my Rx was ready to be picked up. I picked up a different Rx later that day and about the UHC call. The pharmacy never recieved that call.
