They have called everyday since the start of the new year using New York phone numbers. 518-936-9401 and 716-654-6540 Everytime it calls they use a womans AI voice talking about a loan. No mattet hiw many times I block these numbers they keep calling me!!! They also tell you to call 844-509-2967. The woman I talked to said she works for Capital Loan Center. I receive multiple calls daily from rotating phone numbers, however they all have been using the Business name TD Lending Union, as of the last couple of weeks. Prior to that no company name was given. The person calling often is different and utilizes different names and some are women and some are men. But the message is always the same. They are calling about a previous loan request, which I never requested, and explain how I am almost approved, lending guidelines have loosened up, ETC. The dollar amount I am "approved" for is always different. I've blocked numbers they have called from, but they still persist and I have given up blocking due to the constantly changing phone numbers. They call me every week day on a different number each time. The states the calls come from vary, so I'm not sure where exactly it originates from. I have never spoken to a real human, but the second time they called I did accidentally answer and immediately hung up, but the calls never stopped after that. This has been going on for months. I have NEVER inquired about a loan with them, and they always give a number to "opt out" of the calls in the message, which usually switches between 7 and 9, but I have never tried to push it. I get these calls more than 4 times a day from different numbers. I have listened to the recording and the option to press #9 is given to take off the call list. I just get calls from a different number. The recording states that they are an underwriter and have been trying to get in contact with me several times about my loan. They give me a number to call back (844) 509-2967 which I have never called. I have never applied for a personal loan nor have I reached out in any way to this company or any company for a personal loan. Some AI caller calls every day around 4:30PM PST. Different number every time, but he gist is the same, calling about a loan pre-approval in the $50-65k range that i'm preapproved for and that they just need to finalize the loan. I've never applied for a loan. This is the first time though that a "Bank" was mentioned. Previously, there was no bank it, was just the "lending dept". They left a direct line to call back at 844-509-2967. The funny thing is, it's a message and it says if I want to opt out to press 9. That's not how messages work. This has been happening for months.
