I am getting spoofed calls every day for about 3 month now. I have asked them to stop calling me multiple times. Today the call came from (609) 715-9978. They asked me to call them back at 844-509-3145 ...I am almost approved for a loan, this time for 47k, I have to call them back for verification. These persons are Anonymous, they calling me daily and I am annoyed. Is it possible to file cyber harassment charges as well as fraud ? I received three calls from “Lucia Flores,” the same as the other person who reported this. The transcript of the first call’s voicemail from 1-401-395-9549 is: “ Hi, this is Lucia calling about your personal line of credit My name is Lucia Flores. I'm the credit analyst working on your approval. I see that you had inquired before regarding a line of credit or consolidation loan and while it didn't move forward at the time a few things have changed this year With rates and underwriting If you're still interested in reviewing your options, you can press one now or give us a call back Today is Monday I will be on my desk till 6 PM You can reach me at 833588 3766 I'll be happy to go over your terms with you You can press nine if you want to cancel your request and to be removed…” The transcript from the second call’s voicemail on 1/27/2025 is: 1-863-456-6180: “Hi, this is Lucia calling about your personal line of credit My name is Lucia Flores. I'm the credit analyst working on your approval. And And well, I didn't move forward at the time a few things have changed this year with rates and underwriting If you're still interested in reviewing your options, you can press one now or give us a call back Today is Tuesday I will be on my desk till 6 PM You can reach me at 855-909-0886 I'll be happy to go over your terms with you You can press nine if you want to cancel your request and to be removed…” On 1/28/2026 I answered a call from 1-516-370-4791 and gave my first name before the bot, still going by Lucia, started speaking. I tried to interrupt and say I do not want to be called but the automated script continued. I have received messages from other numbers (1-725-323-0405 on 1/23 “Madison Cruze” that says to call back at 844-509-3321; 1-980-512-8586 “Rachel Donovan” on 1/21 that says to call back at 844-509-3145; 1-484-990-0598 “Daniella Torres” on 1/19 [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: Unknown] [Location: NJ, USA- 08542]
