I found cheap wifi Internet on facebook They hooked me up with my phone carrier Well i went in to an AT&T store near me because the 1st 2 ppl i talked to when i signed up kept putting down thw wrong address So the manager of the store i went too Called this # 855 419 7365 to cancel the order i did on Facebook The 1st order was canceled on September 12th 2025 I have proof it was canceled & the manager set me up in the AT&T store Since than i have called them twice 3 represitives from the AT&T store i was at was telling them that the 1st account was a fraud account Each time the other ppl said they would take care of it & never did Now this fraud place has send me paperless bill twice now threatening to shut my service off They have called me twice i did not answer because i was told by my AT&T store they will never call But its been 6 time contact with ppl trying to fraud me & they are still trying to get the $214.00 from me Also when i was filling out the information on them i had to use MY EMAIL because i could not find 1 for the scammers & it would not let me move on without an email on them So this harassment has been going on since September I just want it to end I would get a lawyer but i cannot afford 1 But as many times as these ppl have been told this is fraud on me they still trying to get money from me I have actually had to block the # so they quit calling me I do not live in WV I live in ND they were told that several times too The AT&T store i have been going to for this the phone # is 701 212 1294 They can verify every thing i have said & dates the fraud ppl were called [BBB Scam Type: Retail Business Business name ATT] [Business: ATT] [Location: ND, USA - 58103]
