I keep getting calls every day, at least 5 to 10 times a day, from Consumer Loans/Fresh Start Unions asking to call back the number 855-909-0914. I have told them to stop calling me and take me off their list, but they hang up on me. Each week they use a different fictitious name. This week, it was Kiana Navarro. Last week, Vanessa Rajos. It is out of control, with calls coming in at all hours of the day. I threatened to take legal action if these calls continue. I have explained that I filed complaints on the Federal Do Not Call website and the Florida Do Not Call List. It does not matter to them. I am in the mortgage business and rely on taking phone calls on my cell phone to run my business. These calls are coming through with a different phone number each time, with area codes all over the U.S. The last person I spoke to said the company name is Fresh Start Union, and he said they are located in Austin, Texas, yet I see no such listing online. Now these calls are coming through not as spam, even though I have spam blocking set up on my phone. The robocalls are escalating in numbers each day as if they want to harass me even more. I have been making a list of all of the phone numbers coming in, but it is all from the same source. I get constant calls from different U.S. phone numbers asking me to call 855-909-0914 to move forward with my loan approval. I have not applied for any loans. They use different names. The most recent name was Kiana Navarro. I block their phone numbers, but they continue to call 2-3 times per day from different U.S. numbers, as late at 8:30 p.m. CST, different area codes. The past voicemails say a dollar amount I'm approved for, they rarely use actual bank names, and sometimes give a date to call them by. I block and report spam with every number that calls but I continue to get 2-3 calls per day to my cell phone. I've reported some to donotcall.gov as well.
