I’ve been receiving daily over the last 2 weeks from a Robo dialer that uses many different spoofed numbers where a person named Jessica or Anthony Schmidt leaves voicemail messages, claiming to be from an underwriting department from some unknown named loan company regarding a business loan and trying to get me to call them back or press nine to speak to them so that they can verify my income. I have never applied for business loans. The callback number from the most recent call is 855-944-1841. A previous call used a call back number of 877-961-0315. Copied from another complaint. Exact thing and people are doing same to me!! It’s driving me crazy. I’ve been receiving 3 to 8 calls a day over the last almost 3 months from a Robo dialer that uses many different spoofed numbers where a person named Jessica or Anthony Schmidt leaves voicemail messages, claiming to be from an underwriting department from some unknown named loan company regarding a business loan and trying to get me to call them back or press nine to speak to them so that they can verify my income. I have never applied for business loans and this is unknown scam. The callback number from the most recent call is 855-944-1841. These calls are relentless and consistently fill up my voicemail box where I have to go in manually delete them. I have the phone silenced for unknown callers and I continuously try to report this as spam, but nothing has been able to stop these calls because they are using a Robo dialer my research on this shows that many people have been getting these calls from this recording claiming to be Jessica or Anthony Schmidt, and people unscrupulous enough to have interacted with this scam have noted that the person that they are transferred to has an Indian accent. this has been going on for almost a year now so I assume it is multiple different campaigns. I receive this call daily from multiple phone numbers. I have reported it twice before today. Hello this call is regarding the status of your business loan request. My name is Anthony Schmidt. I am the senior loan specialist and working on your $250,000 business line of credit approval. You can reach me at 855-944-1841 or one of my team members directly. Based on the underwriting notes and your strong track record with your existing loan. It looks like we may actually be able to renew your loan for a higher amount. At this point we're just pending verification and if you plan to use the line of credit option, We'll also need your updated revenue for the past 3 months to activate it.
