Voicemail recorded voice threatening to place me in collections. Said I have the right to provide "this office" a statement in my own words of what occurred. Said it's not needed but suggested. No response from me will suggest they have no choice but to "stamp" my account as a refusal to pay. Said I had until 5pm that day. Gave a number to call back...856-344-9331. The call started with "This is a notification for..." and then it was like it just paused, but didn't give a name. Same with "Make reference to case number..." a pause but no number given.
