Is my father really being scammed? He received this in the mail and I immediately became suspicious. http://imgur.com/BvISSSQ What really threw me off was their use of the word "delinquent". I looked up the number and it led me to this website right here http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-866-437-2914 There a lot of people saying it's a complete scam, other's saying that it's genuine. Has anyone else had any experience with this number/association before? Is it genuine or a scam?
