I received a call 866-from an actual unknown number with a message to call back 866-549-5124 and they left a message telling me I had a pending case against me in York County, PA. The call was from a Ramona Cross(something) talking about I need to call this number back in regards to a case #25169547 about some kind of legal action to be taken against me, they had the last 4 of my social and they called my 2 son's, my sister and brother-in-law with this same information looking for me which is very scary they called my family. My family were all calling me asking me what I did wrong and I was really taken back, I called and the lady told me I was looking to be charged with fraud and bad check charges. If I was committing fraud or having bad checks that would be filed by my local magistrate, and I do NOT even write checks. They lady got really rude with me because I started to ask alot of questions and told me I would be served at my job or home by 5 pm and hung up on me. I looked up the call back number and got a fraud/scam alert immediately online and I could not find an attorney's office online with this office. I called back and told the lady again who answered I reported them to the better business bureau and to not call me or my family ever again and she told me well I hope you are happy and hung up on me.
