Was called several times while shopping health insurance plans. Stephen Kelley represented Zurich a First Health provider using the name Golden State Advisors. He said he was licensed in the state of California under California Insurance license number 4425184 I purchased this plan a month ago and was to have been an active policy as of 1/1/2026. I’ve received no correspondence of any kind. I have made countless phone calls to the number 866-572-0114 that he insisted I use and have spent hours on hold and have never spoken to anyone. I called the number trying to find medical insurance, they connected me to insurance but charged me monthly outside of the insurance fee. I tried to cancel after 5 months because I now have a different insurance.
