I searched for antiviruses. Mcafee seemed trustworthy so I got it. I’ve had it for a few months. I cancelled my auto renewal a week ago, picture is provided of the email. I was charged today for $74.89 from Mcafee for auto renewal, picture provided. I called 866-622-3911 (directly from their customer service section of their website/ pictures provided). Told them I cancelled a week ago, worker confirmed she saw that. Then she went into explaining that that’s for ONE service but I still have to pay for another service I’m subscribed for. I said “no. I cancelled auto renewal. That doesn’t mean hide another thing I pay for somewhere else where I have to go digging somewhere else to cancel. I was told ‘auto renewal cancelled’ that means ALL auto renewals” then she continued to repeat the same thing over and over. When asked her name she refused to give it. After waiting several minutes with no other response I hung up and am now making this report. I need my money back ASAP. I couldn’t afford it in the first place, that’s why I cancelled it.
