Hello, it's Elena from the tax review team. My name is Elena Lozano with a special resolution unit. I've been checking through some files that got flagged before the 2026 IRS deadline and yours is still showing a few unresolved items. Maybe a past balance or a missing returns. With the new relief programs rolled out for your state under the current administration. There's still time to see if you qualify for help. Especially if you've had any recent financial stress, I'd really like to connect before this gets passed on to collections. From what I'm seeing, there may still be a way we can step in and help. Um, feel free to call me back at 866-878-0301. I am available 9 to 5 for the rest of the week. Five. @media (min-width:768px){.css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:auto;flex-basis:auto;width:calc(100% * 6 / var(--Grid-parent-columns) - (var(--Grid-parent-columns) - 6) * (var(--Grid-pare [BBB Scam Type: Credit Repair/Debt Relief] [Business: Unknown] [Location: OH, USA- 43760]
Calls multiple times per day about "unresolved" tax issues. Voicemail is left by AI trying to sound real, adding "um's" and strange pauses. Tried calling the 866-878-0301 number, and the originating 440-908-2918 number, and both were answered by non-native English speakers. When i tried to get more information, like company name, their name, they hung up. Tried calling back and was immediately disconnected. There is an option when calling the 866 number to have your number removed from their calling list, however, I have done this multiple times and am still receiving calls daily.
