Description of Complaint I am reporting a fraudulent impersonation and phone scam involving the misuse of my business name, Forevermark Flowers. A customer contacted us to report that she received a phone call from the toll-free number (877) 279-4161 and was directed to the website www.blossomflowerdelivery.com , which falsely represented itself as Forevermark Flowers. The caller claimed to be an official representative of our business and attempted to solicit a flower order using our company name. The customer had placed a legitimate order with our business the previous day. The scammer appeared to have specific and accurate order-related information, which made the impersonation highly convincing. Fortunately, the customer did not provide any payment or sensitive personal or financial information and notified us immediately. This activity appears to involve: Business impersonation Phone-based fraud using a toll-free number Consumer deception and attempted financial fraud This scam poses a serious risk to consumers, as individuals may reasonably believe they are interacting with a legitimate business. We are requesting that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to prevent further consumer harm.
