Text message received 3 different days from Kate at Lender Processing stating they had my loan application and could they call to go over it. I finally responded to the third text and said I didn't know what they were talking about and I had not filled out a loan application. They immediately responded and apologized for the confusion and said if the message wasn't for me I could disregard or call 877-315-3322 to confirm.
