I called the number and they told me it was regarding a capital one credit card. They knew my name and date of birth. I received a call from someone and they wouldn't give me their company name. They said they were going to have me served because I committed a fraudulent act by signing a contract and never satisfying a debt. I kept asking them for details and they said they already mailed me the details and when I was served I'd get the same information unless I wanted to pay the amount owed. They knew my social security number in full and that scared me. I froze my credit at each bureau. They were very harsh and rude. I was provided with Reference # 558099 and was told to call 877-505-1053. There is no reason why I would be needed to sign for any Legal Documents. Documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out and you will need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch confirmation and if they are unable to reach you at home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop a further action from being taken you will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 877-505-1053, again and that 877-505-1053. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you.” I have also received this same type of call from an individual who sounded male, claiming the name 'Sony Martinez'. His call came through from the phone number 513-757-9046. Both of the people who have left messages have had a very faint but noticeable Spanish accent.
