He states he has been retained to schedule and deliver legal documents between 8:00 AM-4:00 PM to hom eor place of employment, and will require signature. They go on to state that if after 2 attempts they are still unable to deliver docs, it will classified as failure to serve, and will results in matter proceeding without consent.
